Thank you for purchasing a Aroco quality product. If you are a resident within the United Kingdom or Ireland you may register for your Guarantee on-line by filling in the form below.
Daryl will acknowledge their receipt of your Aroco registration from by post, providing you with your own personal customer reference number, to be kept safely, should you ever need it.
The information that you provide will be accessed Daryl for marketing and customer satisfaction purposed only and no third part will be privy to any information supplied.

1. This product is guaranteed for 2 years parts and labour, with further 8 years parts only from the date of purchase, against faulty materials or workmanship.
During the initial 2 year period, if the product is defective in materials or manufacture, the original purchaser must contact the Technical Services department within 30 days of the fault occurring. If the fault is not resolved, the goods should be returned to Daryl and at our discretion; we will refund the purchase price, repair and return them to you or send new goods or parts to you as a replacement
2. During the extended 8 year period, parts only will be replaced and labour costs will become chargeable. This shall constitute our sole obligation under this guarantee
3. The guarantee is available to original purchasing individuals only, who complete the guarantee registration within 30 days of installation. Call free phone 0808 100 1627 to complete or register on line www.daryl-showers.co.uk
4. The guarantee covers normal domestic use only and does not cover faults caused by wilful damage, neglect, misuse (including inappropriate cleaning*), failure to follow recommended instructions, use in abnormal conditions, accidental breakage and other events out of the manufacture’s control. *Please refer to the Daryl Care Programme- available through the above free phone number
5. The guarantee does not cover any product that has been modified, altered, transformed or relocated in any way, without the prior consent of Kohler Daryl Limited. The guarantee will be valid only if installation, use and maintenance have been carried out in accordance with the fitting instructions
6. The guarantee does not cover glass breakage. By it’s nature, all glass has the potential to shatter; therefore, Daryl use only toughened safety glass that complies with BSEN12150
7. If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, Daryl reserve the right to charge the customer at the current hourly rate and list prices in respect of any Service Engineer’s time or replacement parts. Additionally, Kohler Daryl Limited reserves the right to charge for the cost of travel outside mainland UK
8. Upon being replaced, any defective parts shall be returned immediately to Daryl and become the property of Kohler Daryl Limited
9. The guarantee is only valid for products purchased, installed and used for private, domestic purposes in the United Kingdom and Ireland
10. The benefit of this guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party
11. The guarantee does not cover ex-display units
12. No labour costs will be reimbursed under this guarantee, unless prior agreement has been obtained from Kohler Daryl Limited, in writing
13. This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage
14. The guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights
